Returns Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for return, the item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or lack original packaging will not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Items marked as final sale
    • Heavily discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Digital/downloadable products
    • Intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@modeandminimal.com within the 5-day window.
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photographs (in case of defective or incorrect items)
  • Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide the return address.

Note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of untracked returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery at info@modeandminimal.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit—based on your preference and product availability. In such cases, return shipping is on us.


Refund Process & Timelines

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, and it meets our return criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeframe: 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Note:
If the returned item is found to be used, altered, or not in acceptable condition, the refund may be denied and the item returned to you.


Exclusions & Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered
  • The item is categorized as non-returnable
  • The return is sent without prior authorization

Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be returned to the sender.
